# Multiple failed log in attempts, access locked

**User log in failed three times:**

- If user enters incorrect login credentials three times in a row, the Olari portal will temporarily lock the account for **five minutes** as a security measure. After this time, user may attempt to log in again.

**User still can't log in after five minutes:**

- User is still unable to access account after the lockout period, please contact **Customer Service** for assistance. They can help verify your identity and restore access.

**User forgot password:**

- User has forgotten password, click the **“Forgot your password”** link on the log in page. Follow the instructions to reset your password securely.
