Multiple failed log in attempts, access locked
User log in failed three times:
- If user enters incorrect login credentials three times in a row, the Olari portal will temporarily lock the account for five minutes as a security measure. After this time, user may attempt to log in again.
User still can't log in after five minutes:
- User is still unable to access account after the lockout period, please contact Customer Service for assistance. They can help verify your identity and restore access.
User forgot password:
- User has forgotten password, click the “Forgot your password” link on the log in page. Follow the instructions to reset your password securely.
