May 2026 Release Notes

Release Notes — May 19, 2026

New Features

Claims Tab on Chart Billing
You can now view claims directly from the Chart Billing page. A new Claims tab shows all billable service entries and their associated claim, making it easier to review billing activity without leaving the chart.

Service Category for Insurance Selection
Billing now supports a Service Category designation (Medical or Behavioral Health/SUD) on insurance records. When a client has multiple primary insurances, the system will automatically select the correct one based on the type of service being billed. If no service category is specified on an insurance record, it will be used for both categories.

Improvements

Cancelled Enrollment Reason
A new Cancelled end-enrollment reason is now available. When an enrollment is ended with this reason the system will:

    • Exclude it from Census and Monthly Data reports
      • The Enrollment will be included in End Reason reports however so you can see how often this is occurring.
    • Skip Claim generation for that enrollment

This lets you keep the history of enrollments that only last for a few hours or do not fully complete. A Cancelled reason can only be selected for Enrollments that are less than 24 hours in length.

    Bug Fixes

    Correct Provider/Facility Information on Claims
Fixed a logic issue to ensure the Practice NPI and taxonomy are used as the Rending NPI and taxonomy for facility based services (ex: H0011).

    Release Notes - May 5, 2026

    1. Existing Appointment Flag: When a New H&P is scheduled, it will show the date of the most recent appointment.  This will enable the provider to decide if they need to schedule an Established H&P instead (see picture below).  This flag can be set on any appointment type if needed.

       HPN Sceduling Options
    2. Hold Stage: Added the ability to have a “Hold” stage that pauses Contract billing but allows the client to stay on the roster.
