# March 2026 Release Notes

**March 2, 2026 Release** 

**Client Interactions (New Feature)**

- Introduced **Client Interactions** - expands on the Client Note functionality to allow more detailed tracking of interactions or contacts with client.
  
    - Adds the ability to track:
      
          - **Direction** (Inbound/Outbound)
          - **Who** was contacted (Client, Family Member etc)
          - What the **Outcome** was (Connected, Not Connected, Left Message, etc)
          - Same **Note** area for tracking the details of the interaction
    - **Discharge Follow-Up** and **Willingness Track Call In** notes have been changed to **Interactions**

**Billing**

- Fixed issue where **Claim Validation Errors** were getting reported incorrectly on some insurance records
- No longer allow deleting or changing the Payor for **Client Bill To** records that have been included on a prior **Contract Invoice**.
- New **Claim Transaction Search** feature under Billing. Supports reporting and downloading across all Claims, Claim Payments and Claim Adjustments.

**Add Client**

- Duplicate check validation was not matching on some Date of Birth values

**Census**

- Opening an enrollment from the Census now takes you directly to that **Enrollment Detail** page rather than the list of Enrollments page

**Document Import Fixes**

- Changed the Document Import to support refreshing converted Documents
- Imported **6305 missing documents** from Dr Chrono
