What's New

Engage — Request for Service Logging (currently only enabled for Peyton and Josh to do some testing)

A new streamlined workflow makes it faster to log Request for Service Interactions directly from the Engage module. Key capabilities include:

    • One-step logging — capture client, program, and intake questions on a single page instead of navigating multiple screens.
    • Anonymous / Unknown client option — log a request before a client record exists (enabled via system configuration). Anonymous records can later be moved to a real client.
    • Interaction Log view — a new list view shows all interactions across clients with standard filtering.
    • Start the new Enrollment – if a client is approved for services, you can start the new enrollment directly from the Request for Service page. Program, county, and referral information carry over automatically, eliminating duplicate data entry.

Improvements

    • Configurable End Reasons by Program — Administrators can now choose which End Reasons appear for each Program. If none are configured, all End Reasons are shown by default.

Bug Fixes

    • Claim Detail errors — Error messages on the Claim Detail screen were not displaying correctly depending on the error type.
    • Interaction Task defaults — Completing an Interaction task now properly defaults the Interaction Type based on the Program Action configuration.
