January 2026 Release Notes

January 29, 2026 Patch Release:

Census page

• Fixed issue where vertical scrollbar was not working so all the clients were not loading correctly
• Census column ordering
  You can once again reorder the Census columns freely, including moving “Bed” to the first column. “Client Name” is no longer fixed, so you can tailor the view to your workflow.

Client Documents page

January 28, 2026 Patch Fix:

Improvements

• Client Census – missing clients on display
  Fixed an issue where users only saw a partial list of the clients in the Client Census grid.

• Client Census – visible columns for new users
  Fixed an issue where users saw incorrect/or were missing columns in the Client Census grid the first time they used it after the latest release. Column visibility now behaves as expected for all users.

• Clearer permissions on Document page
  Documents now show grey, disabled action buttons on the overview page when you don’t have permission to perform those actions. This makes it easier to understand what you can and cannot do without running into permission errors.

• Real‑time document sync across devices
  Added logic to keep documents in sync when the same document is open on multiple devices. Changes made in one session will now be reflected more reliably in others.

• Signature capture component
  Introduced a new Signature Capture page/component, enabling signatures to be collected directly within Olari where this feature is enabled.

• Client Census – visible columns for new users
  Fixed an issue where users saw incorrect/or were missing columns in the Client Census grid the first time they used it after the latest release. Column visibility now behaves as expected for all users.

• Claims grid header display fixes
  Resolved display issues in the Claims page grid header, improving readability and alignment for claim lists.

January 26, 2026 what's new:

New Functionality

Alternate IDs for clients

New feature to allow capturing additional id’s for a client. The system is pre-configured with an Id Type of Drivers license and additional types can be added upon request.

• New Alternate IDs chart page on the client record so staff can:

  • Add, edit, and remove alternate IDs

  • Track state, issue date, and expiration date

  • See at a glance whether an ID is active and whether any notes are attached

Improvements and Bug Fixes

Improved navigation and performance

• New Census page with foundational improvements to speed, display and memory usage

  • Requires the user to re-set their Filter and Column settings (visible columns, position, size). Please see this link for a refresher on how to set these options.

  • Fixes occasional issue with the grid not showing all the clients

• New Claims page with foundational improvements to speed, display, filter retention

  • Known issue with grid header/text overlapping issue will be fixed in the next release

Document Editing/Signing

• Sign and Lock

  • New option to Sign and Lock (Run in Background) will kick of the Sign and Lock process and close the Edit Document page so the user can continue working.

  • Continued work on performance and reliability

• Client Signature now has a Clear option in case the signature needs to be re-captured (from release 2026.01.19)

Appointments

• Delete Appointment will now delete the associated document. A warning is given if the document is locked.

Client Management

• Delete Client - fixed bug where users with the appropriate permissions could not delete a Client

Remittance processing

• Added a Download button to the Remittance Details page

• Various minor fixes to remittance posting
