How to View All Open Tasks by Status in Olari
This process explains how to view all open client tasks by filtering task statuses in Olari. By navigating to the Client Tasks section and applying filters users can quickly identify and manage outstanding tasks. The list can be sorted for better organization, and users can easily access task details or the full client record directly from the results.
Step 1: Navigate to Client Tasks
- Go to the Client tab
- Select Client Tasks from the menu
Step 2: Open the Filters Menu
- If the Filters panel is already visible on the left side of the screen, proceed to Step 3
- If the panel is not visible:
- Click the Filters button located to the right of the Search field
Step 3: Apply Status Filters
- In the Filters menu, locate the Status dropdown
- Select the following options:
- Due Today
- Due Later
- Overdue
User has the option to view Completed and Voided Tasks as well, if needed.
Step 4: View and Sort Results
- The filtered list of tasks will display on the screen
- Use available sorting options to organize the data as needed
Step 5: Access Task or Client Details
- Click on a task to open its Task Details
- Click on the client name to open the full Client Record
