How to Filter Client Tasks by Status
Step 1: Navigate to Client Tasks
- Go to the Client tab.
- Select Client Tasks from the menu.
Step 2: Open the Filters Menu
- If the Filters panel appears on the left side of the screen, proceed to Step 3.
- If it does not appear, click the Filters button located to the right of the Search field.
Step 3: Apply Status Filters
- In the Filters menu, locate the Status dropdown.
- Select the following options:
- Due Today
- Due Later
- Overdue
Step 4: View and Sort Data
- The filtered tasks will display on the page.
- You can sort the data as needed using the available sort options.
Step 5: Access Task Details or Client Records
- Click on a task to view its details.
- Click on the client name to open the full client record.
