How to view all open Tasks by Status

How to Filter Client Tasks by Status

Step 1: Navigate to Client Tasks

  • Go to the Client tab.
  • Select Client Tasks from the menu.

Step 2: Open the Filters Menu

  • If the Filters panel appears on the left side of the screen, proceed to Step 3.
  • If it does not appear, click the Filters button located to the right of the Search field.

Step 3: Apply Status Filters

  • In the Filters menu, locate the Status dropdown.
  • Select the following options:
    • Due Today
    • Due Later
    • Overdue

Step 4: View and Sort Data

  • The filtered tasks will display on the page.
  • You can sort the data as needed using the available sort options.

Step 5: Access Task Details or Client Records

  • Click on a task to view its details.
  • Click on the client name to open the full client record.
