How to view all client appointments

The Schedule allows users to view, navigate, and manage appointments by day, week, or month. Filters are available to narrow the schedule by criteria such as event type, moderator, facility, program, or stage, making it easier to find specific appointments.

Viewing and Navigating the Schedule

Accessing the Calendar View

  1. Navigate to the Clients tab.
  2. Select Schedule.
  3. The system opens to the Calendar view, which defaults to the current day and week.
  4. The current date and week are displayed in the upper‑left corner of the calendar grid.

Changing the Calendar View

Use the options in the upper‑right corner of the calendar grid:

  • Day – View a single day
  • Week – View the standard weekly layout (default)
  • Month – View the entire month

Navigating Between Dates

After selecting Day, Week, or Month view, you can move through the schedule using the following tools:

Arrows (< >)

  • Located in the upper‑left corner of the calendar.
  • Click the left arrow (<) to move to the previous day, week, or month.
  • Click the right arrow (>) to move to the next day, week, or month.

TODAY Button

  • Click TODAY in the upper‑left corner to instantly return to the current day, week, or month based on the selected view.

Using Filters

Filters allow you to narrow down scheduled appointments.

  1. Click Filters, located to the right of the Search field at the top left of the grid.
  2. The Filters Navigation Bar opens on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select one or more filter options:
    • Event Type
    • Moderator
    • Facility
    • Transportation Method
    • Program
    • Stage
  4. Click Apply to save your filter selections.
  5. The schedule will display only appointments that match the selected criteria.

Clearing or Exiting Filters

  • To return to the full calendar grid view, exit the Filters Navigation Bar.
  • Selected filters will appear at the top of the calendar grid.
  • To clear all filters quickly:
    • Click Clear All at the top‑right of the grid, or
    • If the Filters Navigation Bar is still open, click Clear All there.
