How to view active clients

Using the Client Tab

  1. Under the Client tab, select Census.
  2. The Census is defaulted to Active
    1. Unless user changed setting to Inactive, in that case simply select Active in the dropdown box to the right of Search above the grid
  3. This will open the full list of Active clients available for review

Refine Search with Filters
  1. Click the Filter tab at the top of the screen.
  2. Apply the desired filters:
    • Gender: Choose one or more applicable gender(s).
    • Program: Choose one or more applicable program(s).
    • Stage: Select the appropriate stage(s).
    • County: Select the appropriate county(s).
    • Start Date: Select the appropriate start date.
    • End Date: Only applies if inactive status selected.

After applying filters, the census will refresh to display only clients matching the selected criteria.


Reviewing and Exporting Data

  • You can view and sort the filtered data directly on the page.
  • If needed, click the Export to Excel option to download the results for reporting or analysis.
