How to view open tasks by user role?


Step 1: Navigate to Client Tasks 

  • Go to the Client tab.
  • Select Client Tasks from the menu.

Step 2: Open the Filters Menu

  • If the Filters panel is visible on the left side of the screen, proceed to Step 3.
  • If it is not visible, click the Filters button located to the right of the Search field.

Step 3: Apply the Assigned To Filter

  • In the Filters menu, locate the Assigned To dropdown.
  • Select the appropriate option to filter tasks by user role.

Step 4: View and Sort Data

  • Once filtered, you can view and sort the task list as needed.
