How to take or upload a client photo
There are two options available. A user could add a client photo when they are first added to the program. Or the photo can be taken or uploaded after the client is added to the system.
When adding a client a pop-up box will appear, the user must complete the requested information and make note of the options, to Take or Upload a photo, in lower left corner of the window. Simply click the appropriate option and follow prompts to complete.
From the Client chart, click the Documents Tab on the left of screen. From Documents screen select the Photos tab, then locate and click Add tab located on the right. A pop-up box will appear, user may then select to Take or Upload a photo and follow prompts to complete.

Take photo: User will click the Take Photo button. A pop-up box will appear; be sure client appears on screen and click to take photo. Accept by clicking the check mark in upper right of the screen. The system will take user to the Edit Client Photo Screen, make note of client details in the header. User may edit the image, set it as primary chart photo (by clicking box below photo), and save.

Upload photo: User will either click to upload or drag and drop and image into the open center box on screen. Once the step is completed, the system will return to pop-up box for the photo to load. User will click the next button, in lower right corner and system will access the Edit Client Photo Screen, make note of client details in the header. User may edit the image, set it as primary chart photo (by clicking box below photo), and save.
