# How to schedule an appointment

**Scheduling an Appointment on the Client Calendar**

**Accessing the Calendar**

1. Under the **Clients** tab, select **Client Schedule**.
2. You will be taken to the **calendar view**, which **defaults to the current day and week**. 
     - The current date and week are displayed in the **upper-left corner** of the screen.

**Creating a New Appointment**

1. Navigate to the **date** of the appointment on the calendar.
2. **Double‑click** on the **desired time slot**.
3. An appointment window will appear.
4. **Complete all required fields**, then click **Save**.

**Quick Navigation Tools**

To move quickly to another **month, week, or day**:

- Click the **three vertical dots** in the **upper-left corner** of the screen.
- A simplified calendar will appear, enabling fast navigation to past or future dates.

**NOTE:** User can also schedule through Client Chart, simply access Appointment on the Navigation Bar and follow the steps outlined above.
