How to add an appointment

Scheduling an Appointment on the Client Calendar

Accessing the Calendar

  1. Under the Clients tab, select Client Schedule.
  2. You will be taken to the calendar view, which defaults to the current day and week.
    • The current date and week are displayed in the upper-left corner of the screen.

Creating a New Appointment

  1. Navigate to the date of the appointment on the calendar.
  2. Double‑click on the desired time slot.
  3. An appointment window will appear.
  4. Complete all required fields, then click Save.

Private / Client-Specific Appointments

If the appointment is meant for a specific client, follow these steps:

  1. In the appointment window, set Is Private Flag to Yes.
  2. A drop-down list will appear.
  3. Select the client from the list.

Once saved, the appointment will appear on the client’s account.


Quick Navigation Tools

To move quickly to another month, week, or day:

  • Click the three vertical dots in the upper-left corner of the screen.
  • A simplified calendar will appear, enabling fast navigation to past or future dates.
