How to add an appointment

Under the Clients tab, select Client Schedule to be taken to the calendar view. The system defaults to the current day and week, which is noted in the upper left corner of the screen. User to locate date for the appointment and double-click on desired time and complete required fields and Save.  

  • Note, if appointment is specific for a client, user must check the Yes for “Is Private Flag” then select the Client from drop down menu.
  • Appointment will now appear on client account.
  • To quickly navigate to any month, week or day on the calendar, user can click the three vertical dots upper left corner of screen.
