Managing Client Tasks

Adding a New Task

  1. Under the Client tab, select Client Tasks.
  2. In the upper‑right corner, click Add Task.
  3. An Add Task pop‑up window will appear.
  4. Complete all required and relevant information in the task form.
  5. Click Save to create the task.

Reviewing and Accessing Tasks

  • To view details for a specific task, locate the task in the list and click on the task to open its Task Details page.
  • To access the full list of all tasks for that client, click on the client’s name, which will return you to their task list.
