How to access the Client Benefits Tab in Olari Portal?

Accessing Benefits Information

  1. Log in to the Olari portal with authorized credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Client Tab drop down menu or Client Record.
  3. Select the Benefits tab.

Reviewing Benefit Status

  1. Each client record will show:
    • Current Program
    • Current Status (e.g., Active, Pending, Denied, Expired)
    • Enrollment Date
    • Last Verified Date
    • Next Action Needed (e.g., renewal, follow-up)
  2. Use filters to sort by:
    • Benefit Type
    • Benefit Stage
    • Benefit Assigned To
    • State Date
    • End Date

Engagement Tracking

  1. View engagement history including:
    • Outreach attempts
    • Case notes
    • Document uploads
  2. Add new notes or update status as needed.

Follow-Up & Coordination

  1. Set alerts or reminders for:
    • Re-certification deadlines
    • Missing documentation
    • Scheduled check-ins
