# How to access client data in Olari?

#### Accessing a Client Record in Olari

### Step 1: Log In

Log in to **Olari** account.

### Step 2: Locate a Client Record

There are multiple ways to find a client chart within the Olari database.

#### Option A: Search Bar (Upper Right Corner)

1. Locate the **Search bar** in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Begin typing the **client’s name**.
3. A list of matching client records will automatically appear.
4. Click on the **client’s name**.
5. User will be taken directly to the **client chart**.

#### Option B: Client List or Census

> The **Client List, or the Census,** often are the default page upon logging into Olari.  
> If not, then access the **List or Census** via the **Client** tab at the top of the screen.

1. From the Client List or Census: 
     - Type the **client’s name** in the scroll/search bar located at the **top left** of the screen, **or**
     - Scroll down the list to manually locate the client.
2. Click on the **client’s name** to access the client chart.
