How to access client data in Olari?

Accessing a Client Record in Olari

Step 1: Log In

Log in to Olari account.

Step 2: Locate a Client Record

There are multiple ways to find a client chart within the Olari database.

Option A: Search Bar (Upper Right Corner)

1. Locate the Search bar in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Begin typing the client’s name.
3. A list of matching client records will automatically appear.
4. Click on the client’s name.
5. User will be taken directly to the client chart.

Option B: Client List or Census 

The Client List, or the Census, often are the default page upon logging into Olari.
If not, then access the List or Census via the Client tab at the top of the screen.

1. From the Client List or Census:
   • Type the client’s name in the scroll/search bar located at the top left of the screen, or
   • Scroll down the list to manually locate the client.
2. Click on the client’s name to access the client chart.
