How to Access and Review Batch Claims in Olari?
Accessing Batch Records
- Log in to the Olari program using your authorized credentials.
- If user has billing access, they will see the Billing tab in the top navigation menu.
- From the Billing tab, select “Batch Manager” from the dropdown menu.
Filtering and Locating Batch Records
- Upon entering the Batch Manager section, the Date of Service is automatically set to the past 30 days.
- User may:
- Adjust the date filter to expand or narrow the range.
- Use the search bar to locate a batch by Clearinghouse ID.
Reviewing a Batch Record
- Once the desired batch is located, click the Batch Date in the left-hand column to open it.
- A list of all Claims attached to the Batch Record will appear.
- Additional columns (view only):
- Type
- Clearinghouse ID
- Number of Claims
- Error Message
- Status
- Additional columns (view only):
- From the Claims in Batch list, user can:
- Click the Claim Number to review individual claim details.
- Click the Client Name to open the individual client’s account.
- View the Claim Status for each listed claim.
- Click to view the JSON submission for technical details.
