February 15, 2026 Patch Release 

 Census/Client Chart

• Opening a Client Chart from the Census now opens directly to the Enrollment Details

Client Chart/Insurance

• Some converted insurance records were being saved with an inactive Payor.  Added validation to ensure the Payor is valid and active.

Billing Fixes

• Changing a Scheduled Event was not always changing the Claim Date of Service
• Remittance posting changes to handle certain claim scenarios
