Enrollment & Discharge Reports
The Enrollment and Discharge Reports provide a complete view of intake and discharges for selected data range and/or program(s). This means that a client may appear more than once in each report due to transitioning from one program to the next or leaving and returning within the same month. User can drill down to unique client values.
Step 1: Access the Olari Portal

- Log in to the Olari Portal using your assigned credentials.
A. Intake Reports
- Navigate to the Reports tab
- Defaults to the Run Report section
- In the Report Name field:
- Select Enrollment – Intake Report from the drop-down menu.
- In the Date Range field:
- Enter or select the applicable date range.
- In the Program field:
- Select specific program(s), or
- Choose All to include all programs.
- Under Report Options:
- Select Run Report to view results on screen, or
- Select Download to export the report in Excel format.
B. Discharge Reports
- Navigate to the Reports tab.
- In the Report Name field:
- Select Ended Enrollment Report from the drop-down menu.
- In the Date Range field:
- Enter or select the applicable date range.
- In the Program field:
- Select specific program(s), or
- Choose All to include all programs.
- Under Report Options:
- Select Run Report to view results on screen, or
- Select Download to export the report in Excel format.
Report Output & Access
If You Select “Run Report”
- Data will display in a grid on the screen.
- User may still choose to download the report if needed.
If You Select “Download”
- User will receive a notification once the report is ready.
- To check status:
- Go to the Report Downloads tab.
- Locate requested report.
Report Status Definitions
- Pending: Report is still generating.
- Most reports complete within a few minutes.
- If the status remains Pending for more than 5 minutes, contact support.
- Completed: Report is ready for download.
- Click the report title or the ellipsis (three dots) and select Download.
Accessing Download
- The file will typically be available to open in Excel via a pop-up in upper right corner of screen
- If not, check computer’s Downloads folder.
