Enrollment Reports - Intake & Discharge

The Enrollment Reports provide a complete view of intakes and discharges for selected data range and/or program(s). This means that a client may appear more than once in each report due to transitioning from one program to the next or leaving and returning within the same month. User can drill down to unique client values.

Step 1: Access the Olari Portal

Log in to the Olari Portal using your credentials.


Step 2: Generate report(s)

Here follows the instructions for generating report(s).

For Intake Reports

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab.
  2. In the Report Name field:
    • From the drop-down menu, select Enrollment – Intake Report.
  3. In the Date Range field:
    • Select or enter the applicable date or date range.
  4. In the Program field:
    • From the drop-down menu, select:
      • Specific program(s), or
      • Select All to include all programs.
  5. Report Options (next to the Report Name field):
    • Choose Run Report to view on screen, or
    • Choose Download to generate the report in Excel format.

For Discharge Reports

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab.
  2. In the Report Name field:
    • From the drop-down menu, select Ended Enrollment Report.
  3. In the Date Range field:
    • Select or enter the applicable date or date range.
  4. In the Program field:
    • From the drop-down menu, select:
      • Specific program(s), or
      • Select All to include all programs.
  5. Report Options (next to the Report Name field):
    • Choose Run Report to view on screen, or
    • Choose Download to generate the report in Excel format.
