Each release pushes improvements and fixes across the Olari platform.
December 29, 2025
- Released fixes for document issues.
December 21, 2025
Updates included several expected stability improvements for document generation:
- Fixed - Census page not showing all records
- Fixed - Documents not always saving data (reported on CCA and History and Physical)
- We pushed a small update late last week and on Friday Megan reported not having any issues saving data.
- Fixed - Documents with “Copy from Prior” not always copying all data in (CCA)
- Fixed – Tasks not closing when user clicks “Complete Task” check box
- Added – Lock now shows on Client Schedule (released last week)

Upload Documents - Remove limit on number of documents

Task Completion - fixed issues where Task was not completed even though user checked the Complete Task check box.

Client Document - fixed issue where user would loose document updates when switching templates or signing the document.

Client Schedule - show Locked icon on scheduled events that have an document associated.

Form Editor - Remove “X” from drop down fields to reduce tabs necessary to move from field to field (user request).

- Client Tasks - addition of a calendar view
- Edit and Preview document - performance improvements
- General - Improve some column sizing issues
- Vitals - Fix print formatting
- Edit Task - Ability to add a Note
- Add Client – move duplicate client error messages to the top so they are visible by the user
- Scheduled Event - changes per feedback from Casey
- Allow selecting a client who is not actively enrolled
- Include the Gender, Age and Date of Birth in the header
- Open the associated document in Edit mode rather than Preview mode if the document is not locked
- Do not allow changes to certain fields if the document is locked (not a Casey request)
- General – notification banner for scheduled releases. When we plan a release users will see a message alerting them to the planned downtime so we don’t have to rely on emails.
