Common reports available through the Olari system.
Daily Census

Purpose: Provides a daily snapshot of clients/residents/members served by the facility and across program levels.

Includes: Total counts by day; admissions, discharges, and occupancy levels.

Use Case: Monitor daily population changes and ensure accurate staffing and resource allocation.
Ended Enrollment Report

Purpose: Provides a complete and auditable record of participants who have exited, completed, or been removed from facility programs within a chosen date range.

Includes: Client name, DOB, program name, county, start date, end date, last stage, total days, and end reason.

Use Case: Track program stage transitions and coordinate post-discharge care and documentation.
Facility Roster

Purpose: Displays a comprehensive list of all individuals currently residing or receiving services at the facility.

Includes: Names, room and bed assignments, and program stage levels.

Use Case: Support internal coordination, emergency planning, and administrative reporting.
SNAP/Food Stamp Census

Purpose: Summarizes SNAP/Food Stamp benefits eligibility and enrollment status for clients.

Pending Insurance Report
