Common Reports Overview
Common reports available through the Olari system.
Daily Census
Purpose: Provides a daily snapshot of clients/residents/members served by the facility and across program levels.
Includes: Total counts by day; admissions, discharges, and occupancy levels.
Use Case: Monitor daily population changes and ensure accurate staffing and resource allocation.
Discharge Report
Purpose: Lists individuals who have been discharged from the facility within a specific timeframe.
Includes: Program name, program start and discharge dates, and reason.
Use Case: Track program stage transitions and coordinate post-discharge care and documentation.
Facility Roster
Purpose: Displays a comprehensive list of all individuals currently residing or receiving services at the facility.
Includes: Names, room and bed assignments, and program stage levels.
Use Case: Support internal coordination, emergency planning, and administrative reporting.
Benefits Census
Purpose: Summarizes benefit eligibility and enrollment status for individuals in the facility.
Includes: Currently tracks individual food stamp benefits eligibility, application, and status. Future expansion to include other assistance programs tracking.
Use Case: Assist with tracking and benefits coordination.
