Benefits Tab Overview

Purpose: This section is designed to support coordination effort for government assistance and other services, helping ensure clients receive the benefits for which they are eligible. It enables staff to monitor benefit status, support engagement, and maintain continuity in service delivery.

Initial focus: Client food stamp benefits, but this will expand in later releases 
  1. Monitor Benefit Enrollment & Engagement

    • Identify client's pre-existing Food Stamp status
    • Complete and submit new applications 
  2. Support Case Management & Advocacy

    • View client-specific benefit history
    • Document outreach and follow-up efforts
    • Coordinate with external agencies as needed
  3. Ensure Continuity & Follow-Up

    • Flag gaps in benefit access
    • Set reminders for re-certification or renewal
    • Maintain consistent documentation for audits or reporting
