April 2026 Release Notes

This release focuses on making it easier to manage client enrollments, billing, benefits, insurance, and CRM workflows, while also improving reliability and overall usability across the platform.

Enrollment, Intake & Client Management

  • Improved enrollment add/edit experience
    Updates to the Client Program Enrollment add/edit pages make it easier to view and update key enrollment details in one place.

  • Additional enrollment fields
    New enrollment data points have been added to the Add Enrollment and End Enrollment pages so you can track more of what matters in your workflows.

    • Referral Detail - sub category under Referred By to track a finer level of Referral information.

    • Transported To/From - ability to track where a client was transported from or to.

    • End Reason Detail - sub category under End Reason to track a finer level of disposition.

  • Task improvements for interactions
    Tasks now support a new Interaction action type, helping you better track outreach and touchpoints.

  • New Overview page for non‑residential /clients without an active enrollment
    Clients without an active residential enrollment now have a clearer, more communication focused useful overview page in the Client Chart.

  • New feature PDF Overlay Document
    Ability to import a PDF or Image as a Document and place fields over the top to create a form completion capability. Client fields will be automatically filled in and other fields will allow data capture. Supports both Client and Staff signatures to complete the form.

Billing, Claims & Payments

  • Dedicated Client Chart Billing page
    Client Contract Billing maintenance has been split into its own Chart Billing page, giving you a more focused view of billable services and related activity.

  • Improved claim creation and billing reliability
    Billable services and claim creation have been separated and refined to reduce validation errors and improve billing accuracy. Claims will no longer be created if the following errors are identified:

    • No Diagnosis Codes

    • No billable Insurance

    • Missing or unlocked Documentation

  • Contract Invoice date accuracy during Daylight Savings
    Contract invoice days are now calculated correctly in months affected by daylight savings time, preventing off‑by‑one‑day invoice issues.

  • Clearer claim overviews
    The Claim Transaction Search has been improved to allow better navigation as well as addition of a Not Billable tab allowing for analysis of unbillable services.

Insurance & Benefits

  • Better Benefits page reliability
    An issue that caused errors when opening the Benefits page in some Client Charts has been resolved.

  • Automatic benefit status updates
    Client Benefit status is now automatically set based on the benefit stage type, helping keep benefit information consistent.

  • New insurance tracking fields

    • Added a Requested Date field for Insurance, so you can track when coverage was requested.

    • Added Last Verified to Insurance to help you quickly see when coverage was last confirmed.

CRM, Incidents & Scheduling

  • CRM workflow refinements
    Multiple improvements and fixes to CRM and intake flows to make lead and referral management smoother and more predictable.

  • Client Schedule
    The Appointment tooltip display has been corrected so it doesn’t display over the Add/Edit Event or Edit Document page.

Medication & Clinical Documentation

  • Better clinical document behavior

    • Clinical document display bugs in the Client Chart have been resolved, improving reliability of the data displayed.

    • Documents will no longer copy the last vitals from prior documents when that isn’t appropriate.

    • Fixed an issue where copying a document from a prior one could change the order of the fields.

    • Corrected Date of Service issues on appointment based documents (it was previously setting the Date of Service to the ending appointment time.

  • Terminology update
    References to MAT have been updated to MOUD, aligning terminology with current clinical standards.

Login improvements

  • Password reset without email
    Added the ability to reset passwords without requiring an email address, supporting scenarios where clients or staff do not have email available.
