Inactivating or Deleting List Values
Select Values may be deleted; however, restrictions may apply if the value is already being used on client records or is required for reporting purposes. Program will either prevent the value from being deleted or warn against deleting if in use. The best application of delete is for a value that has never been used nor is needed for reporting.
In most cases, and when available, it is recommended to inactivate a value rather than delete it. Inactivating prevents future use while preserving historical data integrity.

- In the navigation bar on the left side of the screen, open the desired list.
- Locate the value.
- Click the Pencil icon or select the Ellipsis (···) menu and choose Open.
- Change Is Active to No (available on applicable lists only).
- Click Save.

Sample Delete Notifications

Troubleshooting
If configuration options are unavailable:
- Confirm you have the appropriate security rights.
- Verify your assigned role permissions.
- Refresh your session and log in again.
- Contact Olari Support if access issues continue.
Best Practice: Whenever possible, inactivate values rather than delete them. This preserves historical data and prevents issues with reporting and existing client records.
